The dead line for team fees is Nov 15th, 2009.  All team fees need to be paid as soon as possible, without team fees we will be unable to reach our GOALS as and organization.   Team Fees are as follows:

GRADES K-5 -  $85.00   includes t-shirt and award

$65 dollars ERIE SHORE 12weeks (MANDATORY)

$20 dollars Cougars Fee(MANDATORY)

$ 35 dollars ST. Anthony’s   league 6weeks beginning early March 2010 (Optional)

6th Grade Team -  $125.00  includes t-shirt and award

$75 dollars Lake Erie League Fee 12weeks(MANDATORY)

$50 uniform fee (MANDATORY)

$20 Cougars fee has been waived for the 2009-2010 season for this team due to sponsorship.

*NOTE

Uniforms K-5 are owned by the Lorain Cougars.  Your son/daughter will be assigned a numbered uniform for the 2009-2010 season. Uniforms will be passed out 1/2 hr before games and collected immediately after each game for cleaning.   However If you would like to purchase a NEW uniform for your child.   The cost is $50 dollars and takes 10-14 days.

*Uniforms for COUGARS Black(3rd-4th)  are not available for purchase due to minimum quantity order specifications.
